my sister will be married in less than a week and i am throwing her party today at my mom’s. i have put together a hawaiian menu.

appetizers: lomi-lomi salmon & mini musubis.
entrees: kalua pig & huli huli chicken
sides: rice, macaroni salad
desserts: fruit salad, banana-pineapple upside down cake

i still have to make ihaw the chicken but everything’s ready to go although i think the salmon needs a bit more acid in it.. and maybe more tabasco. i was planning on giving out thank you soaps but i didn’t have time to make them. blah.
